The elegant Villa Negri is located on the western shores of Lake Como in the town of Laglio, one of the most sought-after villages on the lake. The villa takes its name from the Italian poetess Ada Negri, who took inspiration for her poems and novel from here. The historic villa which dates back to the end of the 19th century includes 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests. The spaces have been tastefully restored throughout whilst maintaining the villa’s unique charm where elegant period furniture seamlessly mixes in with high quality modern finishes.

The ground floor consists of the grand entrance hall, large lounge with decorated ceilings and marble floors, dining room with seating for 12 people, modern kitchen complete with all amenities and a bathroom. The first floor includes two bedrooms, including the main master suite, each with their own ensuites. The master suites opens onto a long balcony with lake views. The second floor includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms including one bedroom with ensuite. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor possess lake views.

The villa boasts stunning gardens and grounds offering complete privacy and seclusion which is a rarity in this particular part of the lake. The large and extremely well manicured lawn where the gorgeous swimming pool with lake views is found is a true gem where guests can whittle away hours on end sunning by the pool or enjoying alfresco dining in the numerous outdoor dining spots found within the grounds of the property.
