Villa Fleurie is a lovely villa, ideally situated near Ramatuelle, over looking the sea and only a 4 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach.

It has a beautiful flowering garden and a large pool with waterfall. There is an outdoor bar/ kitchen, barbecue and al fresco dining area by the pool as well as another outdoor dining area closer to the house. Wonderful for evenings with friends.

This is an ideal house for families with teenagers and for entertaining and relaxing. There are 4 bedrooms – a queen, double and two bedrooms with single beds-sleeping a maximum of eight people. The master bedroom has air conditioning while the others have electric fans. The villa is decorated throughout in a refined provencal style. The living room has a DVD, CD player and library of DVDs as well as cable TV, as well as wireless internet throughout. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, microwave and all other cooking utensils-perfect for cooking for the family.

The villa is only 5 minutes drive to the medieval village of Ramatuelle, the supermarket, the “trendy beaches” of Pampelonne and Club 55. The famous Ramatuelle music and theatre festival is nearby as well as lots of restaurants, bars and vineyards.
