The residence has a 4 bedroom main house and a separate guesthouse over the garage, with a gym. The main house has a chefs kitchen, breakfast nook and formal dining room, with a high vaulted sitting room and verandah doors leading out to an outdoor dining area with views to the ocean, as well as fire pit and BBQ area. A fun media room has billiards, Full Bar, 70” flat screen for videos and film viewing. Teenagers and children can have another media room with fridge and TV, while all bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms as well as flatscreen TVs. There is also an office with computer and printer and Wifi throughout house.
The gardens are extensive with several out door dining and lounge areas. There is a tennis court, pool with sun chairs and fireplace, jacuzzi and an outdoor bar. There are vineyards close to the house and a bocce court as well as mini golf.
