The main house is 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a large beachfront deck and luxurious kitchen and living room. The guest house has 1 bedroom 1 bath with its independent living room. There is also a fire pit nestled on an another large deck. A+ water rating with surf break plus you can kite surf, paddle board, kayak, and fish right in front of beach house. Incredible views from Catalina to Channel Islands. Best sunsets in Malibu plus dolphins almost daily, whale watching, bird watching, and incredible star gazing. Since this is a private beach, you are allowed alcohol and bonfires on the sand.
