Ellison Modern is a lovely contemporary property built in 2016, with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, situated in the hills off Benedict Canyon, overlooking views of tranquil greenery and quiet nature. It has an open plan layout, entering from the front door into a courtyard with out door dining and seating areas with large Buddha fountain, canopy day bed and soothing water treatment. Large sliding glass doors open the house up on both sides giving the indoor out door living space, that is so appreciated in California. The interior large living room space has cathedral vauleted ceilings with skylights and comprises of 3 sitting areas, full bar, TV sitting area, open dining room and full gourmet kitchen. (Miele Fridge, Wolf Pro Oven, microwave, blenders, Miele expresso maker, etc) The perfect entertaining area! At night time both the inside and outside glow with romantic charm and mystical magic, great for formal business events or weddings. (Up to 200 guests) The back patio area has a large pool , BBQ area, several built in sitting canapes and a yoga /meditation garden. There is a tropical feel with buddhas, firepits and a built in water fall wall that lights up at night.
There are 5 bedrooms comprising of Master king and 4 queens, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master has an exceptionally large open plan bedroorn with TV lounge area, fireplace, walk in closet, free standing bathtub, marble walk in shower and toilet. It also has wall to ceiling glass windows with sliding doors onto to the pool and patio. Two of the queen bedrooms are at the same end of the house, ideal for children needing to be close to parents. The last two bedrooms are at the other end of the pool area, close to the kitchen and lounge areas. One of the bedrooms has a 75” screen TV and can double as a screening room. This is a coded gate entrance and smart home, music can be played through out the house and Wifi is everywhere. It is a 15 minute drive down Benedict Canyon into the heart of Beverly Hills with the shopping and restaurants of Beverly Hills, 5 minutes to Beverly Glen convenient nearby shopping and restaurants. The famous Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hills Hotel, and Bel Air are all in close proximity.
