This lovely villa sits on a private, gated bluff directly above the sparkling Pacific Ocean. It’s a very private property and is the perfect backdrop for weddings and events, from an intimate gathering of people and up to 150 guests. There is parking for 6 cars on-site and an additional 35 spaces may be rented directly below the property in a safe parking lot.
Upon entering the estate you are greeted by an Italian fountain with original tiles. Lush lawns and gardens, complete with white balustrades, provide a 180 degree ocean view with charming cobblestone walls, statues and mature palm trees.
When used for hosting an event you may use the oversized family/dining room, plus a bathroom and limited use of the kitchen. The owners have collected many Italian antiques and objects d’art which gracefully fill the home.
Just off the Pacific Coast Highway between Malibu and Santa Monica it is an easy and beautiful location. Come plan the wedding of your dreams, a lovely afternoon brunch or bridal shower, or another event you have in mind.
