Up a flight of stairs from the living room, the premier bedroom has a beamed ceiling, lovely Kingsize bed, walk in closet, work desk and views over Los Angeles. The elegant premier bathroom is fitted with large tub, walk in shower and and luxurious marble sinks. The two queen size bedrooms are equally well furnished and all are equipped with flat screen televisions
On the ground floor there is an open plan living room with big flatscreen TV, comfortable sofas, a long wooden dining table seating 8, and a galley kitchen with all modern conveniences, glass and plate ware. A balcony with sofas and seating overlooks the city while the private back yard has a swimmers pool, spa jacuzzi and out door dining, fire pit and BBQ.
There is parking on the street as well as an enclosed garage with an elevator to the living room/kitchen level, perfect for sending suitcases and groceries up! This is a wonderful vacation location for visitors wanting to be close to the action of Beverly Hills and Hollywood, but to return to the tranquil privacy of St Ives Oasis.
