St Barth Modern is hidden in the heart of the Caribbean on the Island of St. Barthélemy and just a few meters away from the Lorient Beach. It has a legendary past peopled with stars who, for a long time, were faithful visitors to the most Parisian nightclub in the French West Indies.

The property has nine bedrooms ranging in size from thirty to forty-five square metres, its bathrooms open onto a private patio and swimming pool.

Guests will receive a complimentary welcome at the St Barths’ airport five minutes from the property.  There are nine bungalows with en suite open showers and Acqua Di Parma toiletries in each bathroom. There is a cooling fan, hair dryer, safe and air conditioning.

In the main living area, there is a bar, TV room with TV which has French and US satellite, DVD Blue Ray and 3D, inside and outdoor sound system, iPod/MP3 sound system, WiFi and further business facilities of printer, fax, copier and Apple computer. There are also books and a large selection of DVDs. Outside there are two pools and a gazebo with dining and lounge area for eighteen people.  There are beach chairs, beach towels and baskets. There is a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and the concierge service can organise a chef and first night fully stocked food supplies if requested.
