Neruda villa is a stunning home located in the Palermo area of Sicily, on a cliff over looking the sea. Guests have private access to the water and can enjoy beautiful views of the Tyrrhenian Sea from the terrace. The garden and its olive trees offer pleasant spaces to live in complete relaxation amid the scents of the sea and the Sicilian vegetation. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa is spread over about 200 square meters, on 2 separate levels. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, laundry room, guest bathroom. All rooms have direct access to a covered outdoor area and a relaxation area facing the garden. The villa can accommodate 8 people (max 10 by adding 2 beds in the living area)
5 bathrooms all with shower (one of which also with bathtub). On the sea front, the living room overlooks a large terrace with an open-air living area.
