The Ka’anapali Estate is a breathtaking and magnificent home located on one of Maui’s pristine white sand beaches, Ka’anapali Beach. This private gated one-acre estate offers over 11,000 sq ft of living area, featuring 8 guest suites and 9.5 baths. Upon entering the main entrance, the center courtyard welcomes you to the property, with tropical greenery, lush lotus ponds, and water features that create a dynamic and peaceful surrounding. As you enter the great room, two sets of 30 ft retractable doors opens to a tranquil and luxurious setting that reflect the joys of a Hawaiian vacation. Guests can bask in the Maui sun by the heated lap pool, 2 reflector ponds, and Jacuzzi tub or seek shade under the Chinese pool pavilion. Enjoy the ocean views and spectacular sunsets while dining outdoors in the bar-be-que pavilion. Each of the 8 guest suites was carefully designed with comfort and taste in keeping with the inspiration of the Hawaiian culture.

The two-story estate offers 4 guest suites upstairs and 4 guest suites down stairs that open up to the center courtyard. Upstairs, the master suite (red room), features a King bed opening onto a private lanai with views of the Pacific Blue. The Master bathroom offers and en-suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, dual sinks and his and her wardrobe closets.The second mini master (yellow room) offers a king bed accompanied with en-suite tub and shower and a private lounging lanai that overlooks Ka’anapali Beach. Guest suite # 3 (blue room) has a partial ocean and garden view with two double beds and an en-suite tub and shower. The fourth guest suite (peach room) features a queen bed, en-suite tub and shower, with views of the garden and West Maui Mountains. Downstairs, the 4 guests suites are accessed through the centered courtyard. Guest Suite #5 (dark blue room), #7 (dark green room), #8 (dark green/white room) both offer queen beds with en-suite tub and shower. Guest suite # 6 (green room) has two double beds with en-suite tub & shower, and views of the garden area. Each guest suite offers digital television, wireless access, ceiling fans, and central air-conditioning with room controls.
