This is with no doubt one of the most unique places on the Island of Ibiza. Located right at the seafront, it has a breath-taking view on the sea and a beautiful bay. Just a few stairs down you will find your own, very private ocean bathing area. Or you can relax at the beautiful pool or at one of the many chill out spots on the seven thousand square meter property.

In the main house you will find an open living room with fire place, large inside dining, well equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms. All of them provide superb sea views and are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, TV and high-end no-noise ACs.  In the patio of the main house you will also find Ibiza s largest one piece dining table, good for 24 people. Once the evening comes this becomes the centre of good wining and dining!

The Guesthouse provides separate living and sleeping area with a large double bed and ensuite. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, AC and TV in both rooms.

The nearest village is San Carles which is three minutes away with the famous Bar Anita, other restaurants, bakery, grocery store, organic food store, and other shops. There is also a medical centre and pharmacy in this village. The original hippie market a hot spot every Saturday is around the corner. Many nice beaches such as Aquas Blancas, Cala Mastella or Cala Boix are within five minutes reach. Santa Eularia is ten minutes away, Ibiza town is a twenty five minute drive, the international airport you will reach within thirty minutes.
