Ibiza Villa 34 is a house of good proportions, designed by a well known local architect. It has extensive grounds consisting of a large terrace for dining and entertaining, a pool terrace with large swimming pool, an orange grove, a tennis court and a further pool for smaller children.

You arrive at the house down a private driveway, there is parking for several cars set away from the house and a forecourt in front of the entrance for two guest cars.

Inside there is a large sitting room with fireplace which leads to the main dining terrace.The kitchen is well equipped and is open plan with a breakfast table. On the ground floor there are five bedrooms. Three of these are twins one with its own shower room and two which share a bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the ground floor.
