Rumored to have been originally built in 1964 and then expanded in 1970 by noted designers Arthur Elrod and Steven Chase, legend has it that Collins Hideaway also served as Steven Chase’s Palm Springs residence for a period of time.

Also located in the primary suite is a high efficiency washer and dryer. The second primary also features a king sized bed. Both primary suites offer access to the golf course patio.
