This beach house is right on the sand and consists of 4 bedrooms on appx. 60ft of private, sandy beach in the west end of Malibu. The main house is 3bdrm/2bath with large beachfront deck. The guest house has 1bdrm/1bath with living room. There is also a fire pit nestled on an another large deck. A+ water rating with surf break plus you can kite surf, paddle board, kayak, and fish right in front of beach house. Incredible views from Catalina to Channel Islands. Best sunsets in Malibu plus dolphins almost daily, whale watching, bird watching, and incredible star gazing. Since this is a private beach, you are allowed alcohol and bonfires on the sand.
